But the Sennheiser HD-280 Professional Headphones should surely be on the list – we both agreed to that! Come to think of it, pretty much all the Sennheiser headphones should be on the list of amazing headphones in any price range!
Sennheiser continues to impress and amaze us with their quality. Although technically the Sennheiser HD-280 Professional Headphones are not truly active noise canceling headphones, they qualify as passive noise canceling headphones because they are circumaural (meaning they fit over your hears instead of on top of your ears). What this means is that the Sennheiser HD-280 Professional Headphones block out sounds from the outside world, while providing nothing but pure musical sound to your ears.

They are a full audio spectrum, closed-back, circumaural headphone… which basically means they sound great, they fit over your ears and the block out a lot of outside noises, so you hear nothing but pure sweet music. These headphones are great even at $100, but they are a flat out steal of a deal under $100.
